I bought this to replace my usual brand that was out of stock, and I think it might be even better. I tend to feel nauseated when I consume too much “flavourful” food, and milk thistle is the only remedy that improves my condition. I tried the liquid form but find the pills much faster and more effective. I just take one and have a nap, and upon waking, I often feel much better; it usually eliminates my nausea. It’s truly a natural lifesaver for me during those times.

Removes bitter taste

Excellect! Prescribed by my dietician, these really worked for me. I had a bitter taste in my mouth for months until I began taking these prior to meals. The cheaper alternatives from other brands were nowhere near as effective. Once taken, I can feel the effect of milk thistle and need to eat straight away as my bile starts working. The bitter taste has vanished, and my husband and son also take them before meals as prescribed. They are helping detox my pancreas and liver. The capsules are the perfect size and easy to swallow, and the package comes in a glass bottle, avoiding harmful plastic effects.
